Item Descriptions
Please read all product descriptions carefully. We warrant all products to be exactly as described. We have provided as much information as possible and included the best images we can and feel that the provided information should be sufficient to make purchasing decisions. Many of these items are one of a kind and for these prices, we cannot spend time making and sending more images, so please do not email us for more pictures.

We guarantee each product to be as described. No other guarantee is offered or implied.

No Hidden Fees
We have a strict "No hidden fees policy". If a product is subject to any additional handling it will be noted clearly in the product description so please read the full descriptions.

Shipping Damages
We ship all orders with insurance and packages are packed with care. Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged in shipping, contact us within seven days of its arrival and we will file a claim with the carrier. No claims will be possible after 7 days from time of delivery.

Areas Served
On-Line Yard Sale ships only within the United States and posessions. I am sorry if you are outside of the U.S. but the additional work required for exporting does not pay since we are selling these items below cost.

Shipping Method
Our default shipping prices are for UPS shipment to street addresses within the continental United States. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, etc... or use a PO, APO, or FPO box, shipment must be via US Mail which is generally more expensive. We will send a shipping quote for your approval before processing your order. Note: Shipping quotes are sent by email only - we will not call long distance with a quote to sell products for less than we paid for them.88

Ordering Methods
We accept the following ordering methods:

Online Shopping Cart - Our online shopping cart is set up for taking orders while you shop. Checkout is on our secure server. Our shopping cart only accepts credit card orders.

Money Order - If you wish to pay by mail we accept money orders. Important: Many of the items we only have one of, so email us with the desired items before sending payment to make sure we still have it when your payment arrives. We will calculate your order and send an email confiirmation with the total including shipping. Once we send the confirmation, we'll hold the products for you up to 10 days to allow transit time for the payment to arrive.

Phone - Since we are selling these items from our personal collection, we prefer that you do not phone in orders unless you have no alternative. The personnel at our business have no knowledge of the products or availability of the products on this site, and cannot assist with questions about them. If you must phone in your order, please be prepared with the following information - orders cannot be phoned in without them:

Pick Up - Orders may be picked up at our business to save shipping costs during normal business hours. Note that these products are not kept at our store so you will need to let us know several days in advance to allow us to get the items to the store for you. Pickups may be paid with cash, money order, or credit card. If paying for a pickup with a credit card you will need to bring the card - our card processing company does not permit order pickup if the card has not run placed through the credit card machine.

Sales Tax
New York State residents only - We are required by the state of New York to collect sales tax for all packages shipped to a New York delivery address. Important: Although the shopping cart shows this as 8.5%, this will be adjusted to your local sales tax rate before we process your order. There is no sales tax on orders delivered outside New York State.

Order Processing
Credit cards are run manually and are not processed until we start to pack your order. Before processing, sales tax is adjusted where applicable. The shopping cart total will be adjusted if you order any exceptionally heavy items that have an additional shipping fee noted in the product description.
